We are Midicircuit. Midicircuit's mission is to enable electronic musicians across the globe to be more expressive and independent with their instruments. We want to achieve this by creating deep and immersive learning experiences.Midicircuit offers apps for iPad and macOS platforms.
We only collect the information that you provide directly (e.g. filling in a form, or contacting us via e-mail.We may also collect information about you automatically through the use of Midicircuit apps, through events - e.g. which circuits you opened, how many lessons you’ve completed, how many consecutive days you have interacted with lessons.
Credentials and contact details – including your name, email address.
We use your information to reply to your enquiries, and if opted-in communications, send you news and updates about events in your city. Your email is also used as credential to authenticate on the apps.Where we do not base our use of information about you on the above, we will ask for your consent before we process the information (these cases will be clear from the context).
We don't share your information with other entities or partners.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information that we hold from unauthorised disclosure, use, alteration or destruction. Where appropriate, we use encryption and other technologies that can assist in securing the information you provide.
We will retain information about you for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the information was collected. After that, we will delete it. The period will vary depending on the purposes for which the information was collected. Note that, you have the right to request us to delete the information.

We offer you easy ways to exercise these rights, such as “unsubscribe” links, or giving you a contact address, in messages you receive.
Our applications might also send you push messages, for instance about new Circuits and new features. You can disable these messages through the settings in device or the application.
We may update this notice (and any supplemental privacy notice), from time to time. We will notify you of the changes where required by law to do so.
